Responsibilities

You will be a driving force in our commercial team, but you won’t stand alone: modern AI tools will support you in finding leads, analyzing market opportunities, and preparing client meetings. You add your energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and communication skills.

What will you do?

  • Actively search for new clients and opportunities with the support of AI technology.
  • Network and build contacts, both online and at events.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and learn from experienced sales professionals.
  • Translate market information and customer needs into creative solutions.
  • Gradually develop and execute your own sales plan.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Are a starter with 2–3 years of experience, or a recent graduate.
  • Have a strong interest in commerce, entrepreneurship, and new technologies.
  • Are motivated to learn and develop your own path within sales.
  • Speak fluent German and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Are not afraid to take initiative and build your own network.

Experience in the language industry is not required – passion and drive matter more
