The Junior Business Analyst supports the Audit Recovery team. The role focuses on enhancing data analysis capabilities to support audits, as well as contributing to automation, data science, and AI implementation initiatives. This position involves regular collaboration with internal teams and local clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support audit teams by analysing complex datasets.
  • Automate data flows and reporting via low-code/no-code tools.
  • Convert and transform client data for audit use.
  • Build or update audit tools (e.g., SQL queries, Power BI dashboards).
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with auditors and analysts to identify data needs.
  • Document work processes and share technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to the improvement of analysis and automation workflows.
  • Participate in innovation initiatives involving data science and AI applied to audit.
  • Support internal training on analytical and automation tools.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing on new tools or processes before deployment.
  • Identify patterns and trends in data that can generate insights for clients.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, IT, or related.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, Financial or recovery auditing, Process automation, Reporting and data visualization
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge with Power BI, Python scripting, and Copilot Studio / Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes or audit is appreciated.
  • Proficiency in Spanish; professional English required.
  • Experience with MS Office tools.
