Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector. Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants. 🎯 You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility: 1. Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector (includes cold-calling). Define and execute sales strategies. Lead business meetings with key decision-makers. Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates. 2. Talent Acquisition: Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent. Conduct interviews and assess candidates. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. 3. Team Leadership: Build and manage your own team of consultants. Support career development Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction. Requirements 🧠 What You Bring: You don’t need years of experience—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation. Fluent in German and English (C1 minimum) Conversational level in French (B1+ minimum) Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. You have between 0-3 years'experience. Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas. 🎒 Ready to Take the Leap?
