Click to learn more > www.kornit.com Reports to: Business Operations Director Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Operations analyst to contribute to the continued success of our sales operations function. In this role, you’ll support critical sales processes, manage and enhance key information systems, and generate impactful insights through dashboards and reporting. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on environment where curiosity, agility, and initiative are key to thriving. Key Responsibilities Responsible business segments data collection, cleansing, analysis and insights to support business decisions Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for monitoring KPIs and performance trends Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency Contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory analysis Ensure system data integrity and uphold compliance with internal processes Document processes and support the creation of internal best-practice guides Requirements B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a related analytical field Up to 2 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or similar roles - a plus Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; Power BI experience Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems - a plus Self-deduct with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Fast learner with high attention to detail and a proactive attitude Strong communication and organizational abilities with excellent interpersonal interfaces KORNIT is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
