Description
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension We are looking for a motivated, detail-focused person to work as both a Junior Business and Project Planning & Control Analyst. This role comprises key business analysis tasks, including data review, requirements gathering, and process improvement, as well as supporting project planning, budgeting, and tracking progress. This position provides an excellent opportunity for career growth in a fast-paced environment. As a Business Analyst, you will perform routine data analysis for internal customers, including Finance and Engineering teams, under moderate supervision. You will assist senior colleagues in addressing business requirements and process improvements. As a Project Planning & Control Analyst, you will assist in developing project plans, cost estimates, budgets, and risk assessments. You will ensure planning is consistent with program goals and collaborate with project teams to monitor schedules and progress. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.  
Responsibilities
The role involves performing business analysis tasks such as data review and process improvement while supporting project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. You will collaborate with Finance and Engineering teams to ensure project goals are met through effective monitoring and risk assessment.
