• Implement Planograms: Correctly implement planograms to optimize product placement.
• Stock Rotation: Manage stock rotation to ensure the highest quality and freshness of goods.
• Manage Waste: Effectively manage waste and shrink in the department.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new products and initiatives to continuously improve the Meat Department.
• Enhance Product Knowledge: Gain and share product knowledge from various sources.
• Embrace New Initiatives: Engage with and embrace new ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a retail environment
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work mid week and Saturdays
