WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

We’re not just looking for someone who can punch in purchase orders—we want someone who brings energy, insight, and ownership to the role.

  • Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics is preferred—but not required
  • HVAC or building construction knowledge is a big plus
  • A quick learner who is eager to grow and develop in the field of supply chain and purchasing
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you work well with warehouse crews, vendors, and leadership alike
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory or ERP systems
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus, but not mandatory
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Keep inventory levels just right at each branch—never too heavy, never too light
  • Monitor demand trends and adjust purchasing to avoid shortages or excess
  • Work directly with vendors to get accurate lead times, delivery timelines, and product availability
  • Resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies before they become a problem
  • Review daily suggested POs and make confident calls
  • Identify slow-moving or aged inventory and help keep our shelves agile
  • Stay plugged into the industry—attend trainings, trade shows, and vendor events
