Role: Junior Buyer/HSE Engineer (maternity leave substitute)
Location: Pero, Milan, Italy
Contract type: 1 year, fixed-term contract

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Buyer/HSE Engineer colleague for our team in Pero.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

As Buyer:

• Creating purchase orders
• Processing order confirmations
• Managing ddt/supplier invoicesManaging supplier invoice portal “simple
• -invoice”
• Expediting activities (reminder of order confirmations and deliveries)
• Managing supplier master data

As HSE Engineer:

• Employee EHS training as per italian law 81/08
• Employee Medical fitness as per sanity plan
• MSDS and PPE Management
• Managing the employee access database
• Visitor and third-party access management
• Managing the S&AM Technicians EHS for access on site
• Machines monthly report
• Collaborating with the EHS Manager regarding emergency plan and risk assessments
• Handling waste management.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• 1-2 years of experience with data entry, management toll and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent computer skills and an ability to navigate the web and company portals
• Fluent Italian and at least intermediate English language knowledge
• Aptitude for problem solving and multitasking
