  • Maintain strong relationships and communication with vendors
  • Create, process and manage purchase orders to meet sales demand
  • Clear the work flow and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain orders and inventory
  • MUST have purchase order processing experience
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to optimize ISO processes
  • Coordinating with vendors
  • Data input, high volume
  • Integrate cross-functional projects with other departments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • 1 - 2 years of Purchasing administrative experience
  • Adept communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with the team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
