Job Title: Junior Buyer

Compensation: $35 - $37.50 hourly

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a Buyer to join our client’s team on a long-term contract-to-hire basis. This critical role will support procurement activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in managing sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships to support production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-5 years of buying experience, with strong preference for manufacturing procurement
• Exposure to ERP systems a plus
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and manufacturing operations
• Proficient in analytical tools and basic financial reporting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
