Testlink Ltd, based in Poole, is looking for a Junior Buyer to join our dedicated Purchasing team. This role is essential in ensuring the timely sourcing, procurement, and delivery of materials and services, supporting key business operations.
As a Junior Buyer, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams, assisting in procurement activities, monitoring stock levels, and contributing to process improvements. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical and organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

  • Manage daily procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts and materials.

    Monitor stock levels, low stock reports, and open quotes.

    Identify and resolve supply chain issues affecting service levels and delivery schedules.

    Collaborate with Account Managers to meet procurement deadlines.
    *
    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
    *
    Monitor supplier performance and troubleshoot quality and delivery issues.

    Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
