Our menu also includes elegant comfort food for a wonderful dine-in experience, as well as a wide selection of grab-and-go offerings. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding gastronomic experiences to all our guests.

KEY REQUIREMENTS / CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Café Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, or similar role in the F&B industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong background in coffee, bakery, and casual dining operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and create a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations in the UAE.
  • Strong background in coffee, bakery, and casual dining operations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and working with ERP software
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership & Operations Management :
  • Oversee the daily café operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.

2.Maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness:

  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in working condition, arranging maintenance as required.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to prevent shortages or wastage.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  1. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
  • Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation and quality for all food and beverages served.
  • Gather customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service and offerings.
  1. Staff Management & Development
  • Lead, train, and motivate the café team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Recruit and onboard new employees as needed, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  1. Sales & Revenue Management:
  • Drive sales and profitability by implementing promotional activities and upselling techniques.
  • Monitor daily sales reports, analyze performance, and implement strategies for growth.
  • managing waste, optimizing portion sizes, and improving efficiency.
  1. Marketing & Brand Representation
  • Ensure the café maintains brand consistency in service, décor, and overall ambiance.
  • Engage with customers and the local community to build brand loyalty and awareness.
