  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating call centre shifts and workloads
  • Monitor daily call centre activities to ensure targets and quality standards are met

  • Liaise between the marketing team and call centre agents to facilitate communication and campaign execution
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and team performance metrics
  • Help train and onboard new call centre staff
  • Compile reports on call centre performance and highlight areas for improvement
