• Promote and provide information on our marketing services.
• Assist clients with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and building strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to relay client feedback and improve campaigns.
