• Willingness to learn and develop within the marketing industry
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Provide clear information about our marketing services and campaigns
• Identify client needs and offer suitable marketing solutions
• Record and update client information accurately in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate more complex issues appropriately
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all client interactions
