ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Junior Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our clients’ products or services. You will be the first point of contact, representing both our company and the brands we work with in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients as part of marketing campaigns.
  • Introduce products or services clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic concerns.
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
