REQUIREMENTS

Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
Ability to read technical documents and drawings
Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times

Take measurements and calculate the size and amounts of materials needed
Organize delivery and pickups of material, dump runs, and power equipment
Collaborate with subs, suppliers, manufacturers, engineers and city inspectors for purposes of scheduling and construction and product integration
Operate and maintain construction tools
