Job Description Main accountabilities: Deliver against the annual targets for sales volume, pricing, and profitability of the sugar platform. Collaborate closely with the trading team to develop and execute sourcing strategies, including procurement from millers, refineries, and middlemen across the domestic market. Drive sales activities by marketing sugar products to both middlemen and end users nationwide, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts. Support the team in formulating daily trading strategies and maintaining accurate and timely updates of trading data. Assist the cash trading and logistics teams in contract execution and system data entry to ensure smooth operational processes. Qualifications Knowledge Good understanding of commodity trading and enough knowledge of sugar market Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in Agri-commodities trading or food industry (sugar preferred) Excellent sales and communication skills, familiar with daily contract execution operations Education: Bachelor or above degree of economics, statistics, finance, international trade, marketing, etc Languages: Proficient in both written and spoken English Other skills and competencies: Skilled with office working tools excel, ppt etc., capable of making reports and data analysis efficiently.
