My GP North Lakes is a busy, GP-owned medical practice committed to providing exceptional, patient-centred care to our community.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

About You

You will be someone who:

• Has previous reception/administration experience (preferred - however, training will be provided)
• Is warm, professional and empathetic with patients
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Can confidently manage appointments, patient enquiries and payments
• Is able to multitask and work well in a busy environment
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Understands the importance of patient confidentiality

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Managing appointments and bookings
• Processing payments and banking
• Managing correspondence and administrative tasks
• Liaising with patients and their families
• Providing administrative support to GPs and healthcare professionals
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
