ABOUT YOU:

  • You have (first) experiences in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in E-Commerce or for health-related products
  • You enjoy working very data-driven, and have good analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends
  • You have a customer-focused mindset, and feel comfortable in dynamic environments, having the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • You possess fluency in both Italian and English, along with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • We are looking for new team members living in or around Cologne, Berlin or Settala. You can work remotely regularly if you like, but are able and willing to meet with your team in the office at least weekly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Junior Category Manager Italy (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Italian assortment. You will work with the team on managing and optimizing our e-commerce product portfolio, with the aim of offering a range that is perfectly aligned with our customers’ needs.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

  • You analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments, as well as to optimize performance and react to current developments
  • You are responsible for onsite pricing and work closely with the marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions, actively supporting overall marketing initiatives.
  • You work closely with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes
  • You work with the team on cross-functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies
