• Helping Float Attendants with the overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
• Helping Float Attendants maintain sales and second line of income targets.
• Merchandising of inventory.
• Linen inventory.
• Helping Float Attendant with the Administration and Diary Management.
• Complete water chemistry test and treat effectively.
• Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
• Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
• Assist in marketing for the centre.
• Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the centre.
• Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
• Weekly Stocktake.
• Ensure the facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
• Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients.
• Make sure all infrared Sauna Rooms are cleaned and prepped for the next client.
• Health Fund Receipting.
• Clinical Documentation Compliance for Massage Therapists.
• Massage Therapist Communication
• Brand compliance.
