Change Coordinator Important Information Location: Singapore 6-12 months contract Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced IT Change Coordinator to own and govern our Change Management process end-to-end. You will ensure all IT changes are assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal risk to production environments while driving continuous service improvement. Skills : Manage and oversee the entire Change Management lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards and organizational policies. Review, approve, or reject changes within specified SLA timelines based on quality and risk assessments. Lead and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB meetings. Conduct thorough impact assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for all proposed changes, aiming for post-change incident rates below 5%. Develop, implement, and update Change Management policies and standards, driving at least one service improvement initiative quarterly.
