As a Junior Channel & Category Development Manager for the CZ&SK markets, you’ll drive growth through smart strategies and build shopper activations. About the position Execution, coordination and evaluation of trade marketing activities and projects (including innovation, portfolio, in-store activations, promotion, in-store communication) with full accountability for FFG activation plan for the SK/CZ Markets. Key Accountabilities: In this role, you will take the lead on exciting projects, driving the development of POS materials, in-store activations and promotional mechanisms in close collaboration with KAMs and agencies. You’ll focus on the promo plan, ensuring flawless execution in line with guidelines while monitoring flyer shares and promo pricing. From pre- and post-campaign evaluations to market and shopper trend analysis, you’ll provide insights that shape assortment, visibility, and channel performance. Acting as a key partner to sales and marketing teams, you’ll deliver up-to-date market intelligence on trends, competitors, and shopper behavior, while identifying new growth opportunities. Your responsibilities also include managing POS logistics, evaluating the efficiency of strategies and investments, and taking decisive next steps. Expect regular market visits, coordination of team activities and events, and ensuring smooth office operations—all while making a tangible impact on business growth.
