Apt Resources is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Chef specializing in Butchery and Fishmongery to join a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary expertise in a high-end environment, working alongside experienced chefs and contributing to the delivery of exceptional food quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cut meat and fish products according to hotel standards and chef’s specifications. Ensure proper handling and storage of all products to maintain freshness and comply with health and safety standards. Assist in portioning, weighing, and packaging meat and fish items for kitchen use. Work closely with the culinary team to deliver quality ingredients for various menu items. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to hygiene regulations. Assist in the development of new preparation techniques and recipes as required. Operate and maintain butcher and fishmongery equipment safely and efficiently. At least 1-2 years of experience in butchery and fishmongery within a professional kitchen environment, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments. Basic culinary knowledge with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Ability to handle meat and fish products with precision and care. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Must be currently in UAE As per the market standards
