We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative chef to join our team as Junior Chef de Partie.
As a Junior Chef de Partie you will direct, train and supervise your colleagues on section, and ensure that the agreed standards of food service and preparation are being met.

• Supervises the section to ensure that it runs smoothly at all times.
• Confirms with the Junior Sous Chef any day-to-day special requirements or up-coming events.
• Carries out any reasonable checks to ensure all duties have been fulfilled during the day.
• Checks storage areas to ensure that proper storage and rotation of food takes place.
• Ensures that all food is prepared to recipes designated by the Chef.
• Supervises the cleaning of equipment, fridges, worktops and work areas - to ensure that areas are left as one would expect to find them
