The Reismühle coffee roastery is a special place in the heart of the Palatinate Uplands. Amidst a historic ambiance, handcrafted roasted coffee, and lovingly prepared dishes, we create moments of pure enjoyment that our guests will remember for a long time. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are immediately seeking individuals who will enrich our team with heart, humor, and a touch of magic.

Your responsibilities

• Preparation and management of our popular weekend breakfast offering: preparation of our brunch à la carte (Thurs to Sun from 11 am to 2 pm), where every dish is freshly prepared with great care, as well as our gourmet breakfast buffet (Sat|Sun from 9 am to 11:30 am)
• Catering for events such as weddings, birthdays, and private events
• Preparation of cakes, sandwiches, ice cream, waffles and other delicacies for our coffee bar
• Preparation work (mise en place) for daily kitchen operations
• Order and cleanliness in the kitchen, as well as support in the dishwashing area.
• Careful and hygienic handling of high-quality food products

What you can expect from us

• Working hours predominantly Wednesday to Sunday between approximately 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. → Part-time or full-time - Target: min. 120 hours/month
