Responsibilities Assist in IT portfolio tracking and reporting Support data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI) Contribute to documentation for IT governance and compliance Provide administrative and project support to CIO initiatives Assist with stakeholder coordination and communications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience OR Highschool Diploma and 7 years of relevant work OR Associate's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's and 0 Basic understanding of IT governance concepts (FITARA, FISMA) Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel required; Power BI preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment TS/SCI with Poly Desired Qualifications Exposure to federal IT environments or processes Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint or ServiceNow Entry-level certification (e.g., CAPM, ITIL Foundation)
