We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Civil Designer to join our Brisbane team. SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Minimum 2 years of Civil Design experience
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong communication and relationship building with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in the use of 12D software (Civil 3D, Drains & MUSIC), Proficient in AutoCAD
• Technical Drawing and presentation Skills
• Familiar with Australian standards, with a drive to learn and grow in the field of civil design
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to group projects
• Flexibility with working on various types of projects and tasks, working to strict deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Provide technical input into projects as required
• Undertake design and drafting of civil engineering projects, including roads and drainage systems an early intermediate level
• Coordinate design and drafting activities with drafters to ensure that drawing sets meet company standards
• Utilise AutoCAD, 12D and other design software to create accurate plans and profiles
• Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to develop project solutions and ensure design accuracy
• Develop innovative solutions to problems and take necessary action to expedite the successful accomplishment of assigned projects
• Prepare reports and documentation, and manage project budgets
• Ensure quality control processes for each project are implemented and documented
