THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a motivated Junior Scheduler to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction knowledge and AutoCAD skills who is eager to develop a career in scheduling and project coordination.

• Generate bar marks and accessories lists using our scheduling software based on AutoCAD, structural and architectural drawings.
• Prepare and update material schedules and forecasts in spreadsheets for clients and project coordinators.
• Ensure scheduled supply meets nominated call-up dates to align with client project programs.
• Liaise with Project Coordinators, Production, Dispatch, Sales and Accounts to support client needs.
• Assist in resolving minor site issues; escalate major claims when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence and scheduling activities.
• Support the reinforcing team by assisting other schedulers and production staff.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and occasional site visits (accompanied by the Project Coordinator).
