We are searching for a motivated Junior Field Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in Road Construction, Water and Sewer and Heavy Civil Construction Projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Operations: Track daily quantities and hours, interpret contract documents and drawings, and conduct surveying and quantity take-offs.
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with onsite foremen, project managers, and the owner’s representatives.
  • Document Management: Maintain precise records and uphold the project’s safety culture.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize GPS surveying tools, Builder’s Levels, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel to deliver excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (working towards P.Eng with PEGNL) or a diploma in an Engineering Technology program.
  • Skills: Experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, GPS surveying, and safety training such as First Aid, Fall Arrest, Confined Space, and Traffic Control.
  • Work Ethic: A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, with a typical work week of 50±5 hours in both locations.
