We are looking for a Junior Claim Expert who will participate and perform relevant claim management processes, settlements, legal reviews, and investigations following company policies and industry regulations related to Group Strategic Capital Projects, and supports the work of Group Claim Management Manager with professional advice, and support Group Strategic Capital Projects claim management processes. The main responsibilities: Supporting and collaborating in regularly reviewing and adapting claims management processes, implementing best practices across MOL Group, including identifying, assessing, documenting, negotiating, and settling; maintaining new policies and ensuring ongoing development of procurement processes. Managing strategies to preventing and minimizing claims, ensuring prompt resolving to avoid project delays and overspending. Supporting the Group Claim Management Manager in all claim management matters and participating in implementing MOL Group’s root cause analysis practices with corrective action recommendations. Assisting in training, guiding, and supervising project teams on claims prevention and effective management strategies. Ensuring comprehensive documenting of claims with supporting evidence; preparing detailed reports, presentations, and claim notices during project execution and warranty periods; reviewing relevant documentation before issuing notices. Continuously aligning with project management teams, including in-house and external lawyers, to preparing appropriate claim content. Monitoring compliance with supplier agreements by requesting reports; reviewing project contracts to ensuring understanding of claim-related terms and compliance with contractual and legal obligations.
