Responsibilities

At St Marianne Cope, we are building more than a school — we are building a welcoming, inclusive, and dynamic learning community. Guided by the MACS Vision for Instruction and Engagement, our collaborative teams are committed to developing strong foundations in explicit instruction, working together to continually deepen our practice.
You’ll be joining a team led by experienced, supportive leaders, where coaching, mentoring, and professional learning are embedded in everything we do. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a school from the ground up — to grow professionally, contribute meaningfully, and make a real impact.
We’re looking for educators who:
Love watching children learn and grow
Bring energy, passion, and positivity to their teaching
Are eager to collaborate, learn, and be part of something new
If you’re excited by the idea of shaping a new school community and growing alongside a passionate team, we’d love to hear from you.
At St Marianne Cope, you won’t just be joining a school - you’ll be helping to create it.
If you’re an educator who believes in the power of community, Catholic education, and striving for the very best for every learner, we’d love to hear from you.
