Description

Piper Companies is seeking a Cleaning Validation Engineer for an organization specializing in operational readiness for life sciences facilities located in Indianapolis, Indiana (IN). The ideal Cleaning Validation Engineer will have some CQV and manufacturing floor experience as well as a strong desire to perform well in a team environment. This is an on-site position based in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities of the Cleaning Validation Engineer:

  • Support cleaning validation activities by executing swabbing and data entry tasks in established systems.
  • Assist with CQV efforts on equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and filter integrity testing carts.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support ongoing manufacturing and capital projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including batch changeover time reduction and equipment lifecycle management.

Qualifications for the Cleaning Validation Engineer:

  • 1+ years of experience in cleaning validation or CQV in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable working onsite and supporting hands-on execution tasks in a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
