Direct Persuasion is actively recruiting a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and ambitious Republican marketing team in Washington, D.C. As a Junior Client Associate, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day client communications for prominent political campaigns, national committees, faith-based nonprofits, and conservative-minded organizations. From preparing meeting materials to tracking deliverables and capturing key updates, you’ll help ensure seamless client communications across campaigns. This role offers a front-row seat to high-impact initiatives in digital fundraising, voter outreach, and influencer marketing—working alongside a driven, mission-focused team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Passion for Republican politics
  • Background in marketing or advertising preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple task deadlines
  • Organized, flexible, and able to work both independently and with the team

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the frontline liaison between clients and the performance marketing team by managing day-to-day communications, relaying updates and timelines, fielding client questions, and ensuring prompt responses to requests and feedback
  • Support smooth campaign execution by managing internal task tracking (e.g., creative delivery, copy reviews, approvals), ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
  • Work with others to maintain organized records of client meetings, requests, approvals, and deliverables, while helping with meeting prep, call notes, and basic follow-up documentation to keep everyone aligned

DUTIES

  • Hone client service, task management, and basic analytics skills with working with various stakeholders
  • Become familiar with advertising platforms, reporting tools, and cross-functional communication
  • Work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and adapt to changing tasks or priorities as needed
