JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a recent university graduate for a 12 months Temp position.
The candidate will be working within the Institutional Client Service team where he/she will be asked to support the Italian Sales team, liaising with different stakeholders within the organization, mainly Paris and Luxembourg, and be one of the main point of contact for our client base to support theirs needs. The candidate will be trained in order to provide support to our Italian clients (e.g. Pension Funds, Insurance, Social Agency and Banking Foundation) and to work to multiple levels through the organization.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- BA/BS degree in related field (Economics or Finance preferred)
- We are searching for a pro-active and client-oriented person with excellent communication skills, self motivated with strong integrity and ethics. Ability to partner with others, identify/anticipate needs and proactively provide support.
- This position is a multi-faceted role, which requires strong working organizational and planning skills, able to work for objectives and result oriented with good time management skills.
- Excellent academics – numerical degree, keen attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task
- Strong English language is mandatory, and French is a plus. Computer knowledge (Windows, Outlook, Excel), problem solving and a strong team player approach able to operate credibly and network effectively across the company.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently whilst being a solid team player.

Responsibilities:
The position will require to operate at 360° on several different streams supporting the senior client services officers within the team:
- Provide 1st level of support to our client base, mainly Pension Funds, Insurance, Social Agency and Banking Foundation
- Production of Client reporting in coordination with the central team
- Support the team of fulfilling the collection of the AML/KYC documentation accordingly to group guideline
- Provide day to day support to the Sales Force
- Assistance to the senior Client Service officers on managing client On-Boarding for segregated mandates / Pool Fund investments when required
- Liaison with the Transfer Agent concerning the day-to-day activities
- Assistance to the senior officers for any extraordinary project
- Maintenance of the internal Data Bases including CRM system
