The Junior Client Success Manager supports the Client Experience team by managing and nurturing relationships with a defined group of clients across the LOU and Legacy platforms at Evosus. This role plays a key part in ensuring client satisfaction by servicing our SMB clients, promoting product adoption, and contributing to retention efforts.
You will assist with relationship-building activities, conduct regular check-ins, and support the resolution of escalated issues under the guidance of senior team members. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone developing their skills in client relationship management, with a focus on learning, collaboration, and delivering a positive client experience.
