We are a growing software company based in Vancouver, WA with a cloud SaaS solution. We’re currently the top business software in the Pool, Hot Tub, and Hearth industries - and looking to grow well beyond that in the years to come.
In this role, you’ll conduct check-ins, assist with product adoption, and support onboarding activities. You’ll collaborate closely with senior team members to resolve escalated issues, gather client feedback, and contribute to retention efforts. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years in a sales, account management, or customer service role
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and ability to learn troubleshooting steps for related questions
  • Experience in retail, field service, or similar industries
  • Associate’s degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience with Evosus products; Legacy & LOU Software packages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and other productivity tools
  • Familiarity with HubSpot
Responsibilities

HERE’S A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

The Junior Client Success Manager supports the Client Experience team by managing and nurturing relationships with a defined group of clients across the LOU and Legacy platforms at Evosus. This role plays a key part in ensuring client satisfaction by servicing our SMB clients, promoting product adoption, and contributing to retention efforts.
You will assist with relationship-building activities, conduct regular check-ins, and support the resolution of escalated issues under the guidance of senior team members. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone developing their skills in client relationship management, with a focus on learning, collaboration, and delivering a positive client experience.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:

  • Manage assigned client accounts, focusing on building trust through consistent and professional communication
  • Conduct scheduled check-ins and assist with workflow consultations under direction from senior staff
  • Promote relevant product features and support client adoption efforts
  • Identify potential client concerns and escalate to the Manager or Senior Client Support Manager for intervention
  • Support onboarding activities as needed
  • Assist with gathering and relaying product feedback to internal teams
  • Maintain accurate client records and account activity notes in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and questions
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise in Evosus products and client engagement strategies
