Description:

The Client Success Framework within Emarsys aims to ensure client satisfaction from understanding their objectives and delivering value based solutions to help our clients meet and exceed their business goals.
As Junior Client Success Manager at Emarsys in Berlin you are responsible for the satisfaction, retention and growth of our mid-market DACH clients, managing a shared portfolio with experienced CSM colleagues who will be your direct team members and mentors. You will help develop our clients into happy and long-term Emarsys users by understanding the clients needs and goals and by demonstrating how our technology and services can solve their marketing challenges and drive business results. With its client-facing and collaborative approach, this role is essential for guiding our clients to get the most out of our Emarsys Marketing Platform.
As part of our Client Success team you will have all tools and resources at hand to monitor and discuss together our clients’ adoption and usage of our platform and services.
By understanding the clients you will be responsible for the renewal of their subscription-based services as well as their growth in their committed Monthly Recurring Revenue. Once you’re onboarded and confident in Emarsys solutions and marketing concepts you will use your knowledge to introduce new technologies and services within your client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the success of a shared portfolio of Emarsys’ clients by taking responsibility for the satisfaction and retention of accounts
  • Identify opportunities for clients to reduce their workload through automation and deeper integration of the Emarsys platform into their marketing operations
  • Work directly with the clients’ main contact persons (typically Marketing and CRM Managers) to understand and assess their business objectives and promote Emarsys’ value through adoption and usage of our solutions.
  • Manage and consistently improve the client relationships by working with Support and Professional Services (i.e. Solution Consultants, Training, Project Management) to deliver great customer experience and act as the point of contact and escalation for client-specific issues
  • Use and develop your knowledge of digital marketing best practice and Emarsys solutions to oversee client growth and increase the return on the clients investment
  • Share your knowledge and information from Product Development, Marketing and Strategy teams to our clients to help generate new cross selling opportunities
  • Use Salesforce & other information systems to provide forecasting and reporting of activity
