Established Search is supporting the growth of an innovative MedTech company seeking a Junior Clinical Sales Specialist to support commercial growth across the DACH region.

This position is ideal for candidates coming from a clinical, healthcare, life sciences, or medical device background who want to build a long-term career in medical technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective hospital and outpatient accounts
• Support product evaluations and customer demonstrations
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals across acute and specialist care settings
• Work alongside senior commercial team members on strategic opportunities
• Attend congresses, workshops, and educational events
• Maintain CRM activity and market intelligence

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience within healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, or life sciences
• Exposure to ICU, Emergency Medicine, Anaesthesia, Cardiology, Nephrology, Dialysis, or related areas is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel throughout the DACH region
