JUNIOR CLOUD ENGINEER

Are you an experienced and motivated IT professional based in the South West, with a strong interest in Microsoft Cloud technologies?
Joining INTEGY as a Junior Cloud Engineer is an exciting opportunity for someone who has completed an IT apprenticeship or has worked in a 1st / 2nd Line team and is looking to progress their career.
INTEGY are a modern and growing IT organisation with clients across the UK. We have a constantly evolving blueprint for modernising our clients IT infrastructure into Cloud and Hybrid cloud environments based on the Microsoft suite of cloud services. This role will play a pivotal part in evolving and delivering that blueprint.
We are looking to expand our permanent team with a likeminded professional who is excited to join a growing and leading Microsoft partner.
We have an office in Barnstaple, Devon and Taunton, Somerset
This role will likely require onsite working at client sites in and around Barnstaple / North Devon alongside office and home working where appropriate, candidates should consider this when applying.

EXPERIENCE OF:

Managing support tickets in a Help Desk environment
Liasing directly with end users in an efficient and professional manner
Working both in a team and on isolated activities
Self-development through self-paced online learning

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Full and Clean UK Driving License
Pass of DBS and potentially Government security clearance
