Job Title: Junior Cloud Security Engineer Location: Makati City Job Type: Full-time Work Set-up: Hybrid Job Description Support and improve security across AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments Monitor cloud infrastructure for threats, misconfigurations, and vulnerabilities Assist in deploying and managing security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and monitoring systems Help implement secure access controls, role-based permissions (RBAC), and encryption standards Respond to alerts and security events, helping mitigate risks quickly Maintain incident response documentation and cloud security diagrams Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and security teams to align security strategies Recommend improvements to strengthen the organizations cloud security posture Tools & Technologies Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Identity & Access Management: IAM, Azure AD Monitoring & Security Tools: CloudTrail, Security Center, IDS/Firewalls Automation & Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell Security Concepts: Least privilege, encryption, vulnerability remediation Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field At least 3 years experience in cloud infrastructure or security operations Familiarity with cloud-native security tools and best practices Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Willingness to continuously learn and grow in cloud security By applying, you authorize the company to process your personal information solely for recruitment purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
