REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of coffee equipment or willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to various client locations as needed.
• Open to fresh graduates from Electrical Engineering who are eager to learn and develop their skills.

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee machines and grinders.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot minor issues on-site.
• Perform regular cleaning and calibration of equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of spare parts.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee equipment technologies and industry trends.
