About the Role As a Junior Collection Agent, you’ll join Froda’s Collections team and play an important role in ensuring timely repayments while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented dialogue with customers. You’ll communicate with customers, follow up on overdue payments, and support them in understanding available payment options. The role combines customer interaction with structured case handling and requires close collaboration with colleagues across the organization. Over time, you’ll gradually take ownership of your own cases and develop your expertise in collections and financial operations. What You’ll Do Your responsibilities will include: Managing customer communication via phone, email, and digital channels Following up on overdue payments and explaining payment plans and terms Registering and maintaining customer and case information in internal systems Identifying risk signals and escalating cases when needed Ensuring work is carried out in line with laws, regulations, and internal policies Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to improvements in processes and ways of working Who You Are You combine empathy with structure and are comfortable communicating with customers in different situations. Key Qualifications Education & Languages Completed upper secondary education Native proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) Fluent in English French or German is considered a plus Skills & Experience Good system skills and ability to quickly learn new tools Basic understanding of payments, financial flows, or customer service Meriting experience Post-secondary education in finance, law, or a related field Experience in customer service, collections, or financial services Growth & Development This role offers opportunities to develop within collections and financial operations. Over time, you may grow into more independent collections responsibilities or specialist roles within Collections, Credit, or Risk.
