Description:

Our Enterprise Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships. As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to drive our partner restaurants’ growth. They are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross-functionally with other departments…and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building relationships!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Generation: Create analytical reports using Looker to provide data-driven insights.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Consultation: Increase revenue and health metrics by advising restaurant partners on best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to drive business growth.
  • Operational Interaction: Engage with operations for new activations and partnerships with large chains.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a commercial or consultant role
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organizational skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project management applications to drive best practices.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to manage your own time and priorities effectively.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English.
