PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related role.
  • Strong interest or experience in AI tools and their application in business processes (e.g., machine learning models, natural language processing, predictive analytics).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in building reports and dashboards tailored to different stakeholder needs.
  • Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, RPA tools) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Junior Sales Operations & AI Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines the core responsibilities of sales operations with a specialist focus on leveraging AI tools to optimize and enhance the entire Lead-to-Churn process. Additionally, you will act as a report builder for stakeholders across the commercial team, creating tailored reports and dashboards within various commercial tools to drive decision-making and performance tracking. And your third area of focus will be CRM data hygiene, overlooking accounts and commercial data accuracy and consistency on the CRM.

  • Sales Operations Support:
  • Assist in managing and optimizing sales processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and outcomes.
  • AI Implementation & Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools across the Lead-to-Churn process, including lead scoring, forecasting, customer segmentation, and churn prediction.
  • Evaluate, implement, and configure AI-driven solutions to enhance data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI tools are effectively integrated into existing systems and processes.
  • Report Building & Stakeholder Support:
  • Act as the go-to person for building and customizing reports and dashboards for stakeholders within the commercial team.
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions across various commercial tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, BI tools).
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable and insightful reports that address specific business needs.
  • Ensure reports are visually clear, easy to interpret, and provide actionable insights.
  • Data Management & Process Automation:
  • Ensure seamless data flows between sales, marketing, and customer success tools.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using AI and other automation tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data integrity issues, ensuring high-quality data for decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Training:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new tools, AI-driven processes, and reporting solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
