    Role
    As a Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent, you are stepping into the South Texas land and real estate market with the opportunity to build your career at Rockspring. You will support deal execution, client engagement, and market research, while learning directly from experienced agents. With structured mentorship and access to the same tools as senior brokers, you’ll be building the foundation for a high-performing real estate career.

Responsibilities

  • Work hybrid in office and in the field
  • Support sourcing and securing third-party brokerage opportunities
  • Assist with lead generation, site evaluation, and deal tracking using CRM and GIS tools
  • Participate in client-facing interactions with guidance from senior team members
  • Collaborate with internal team members on strategy and execution
  • Provide research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate (residential or commercial)
  • Proven history of at least $3 million in residential or commercial closings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the commercial real estate industry
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-focused environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools (CRM experience is a plus)

Expectations

  • Participate actively in weekly meetings and daily stand-ups with management and team
  • Build and maintain accurate records of meetings, opportunities, and contacts in the CRM system
  • Demonstrate progress toward establishing a personal client pipeline
  • Take initiative in learning market dynamics and industry best practices

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new leads generated and tracked weekly
  • Active participation in mentorship and training sessions
  • Contribution to successful deal support and client engagement
  • Growth in personal network and market knowledge

Compensation

  • $50,000 – $150,000 annual earning potential, commission-based with uncapped upside
  • Training stipend available during onboarding
