Pure Ingredients, part of the Ixom Group, is a leading supplier of premium natural and organic ingredients to the health, beauty, and wellness sectors. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Sales Support to join our close-knit team.
This role is the stepping stone into a commercial role within the Pure Ingredients team. You will be responsible for delivering commercial support to the NZ Life Sciences team, supporting our growth in sales across NZ
As part of the Junior Professional Program, you will undertake professional and technical development programs, be mentored by industry professionals and join the IXOM Professional Networking Group to develop your business skill and learning opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the customer order process (end to end)
  • Ensure the accurate delivery of the right product to the right customer
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Accurate recording and processing of all orders, assisting with inventory management
  • Monitor orders and take a proactive approach to resolve any potential problems
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative and effective relationships with internal stakeholders
