We are currently seeking a Junior Company Secretary to join our CoSec team within the Corporate Department and would like to hear from you if you have the following experience:

  • Knowledge of drafting of minutes, resolutions and statutory forms in relation to the following:
  • Registration of a business name
  • Preparation of Statutory Registers and updating statutory registers as requested
  • Occasional attendance at the Companies Registration Office or Revenue Commissioners as required
  • Maintenance and upkeep of client files and minute books
  • Database management
  • Maintenance of the Companies Office Account
  • Maintenance of the Company Seals and Register of Seals
  • Any other assignment or administrative task which may be suitable

Requirements:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate some or all of the following experience and skills:

  • A part qualified Company Secretary/student and/or member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
  • Prior experience in the company secretarial department of a law firm or accountancy firm would ban advantage.
  • Experience with Blueprint or other similar software package and CORE.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills - Blueprint (or similar), CORE, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work
  • Proficient time management skills and ability to prioritise delegated work
  • Ability to display initiative
