Stellenbeschreibung In our Analytics, Systems & Total Rewards team, we act as strategic partners to P&O. Through in-depth analyses, we manage personnel cost growth, optimize HR processes, and design an attractive and competitive compensation strategy. Our goal is to actively shape and implement the HR strategy with smart solutions, thereby contributing positively to the company’s success. As a (Junior) Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the design, implementation, and further development of our compensation and benefits programs. Together with the team, you will also take on responsibility for our equity programs, making a key contribution to the attractiveness and competitiveness of our total rewards strategy.
