Fly 7 is a charter & aircraft management company within the Jetfly group, it offers a full management solution for Pilatus owners worldwide. Today it is the largest commercial Pilatus PC-12 operator. Fly 7 takes in charge the entire aircraft management (Crew, Flights Ops, Maintenance, Accounting) and offers its clients the option to charter their aircraft as a way of offsetting some of the costs of ownership or generating net profit.
In Finland, Fly 7 is looking for a new addition to our team to fill the position of Junior Compliance Officer. This person will report to the Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) and is based in our office at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. This position is a junior level role and is suitable for graduates or candidates with a first experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Junior Compliance Officer will assist the Compliance Monitoring Manager in ensuring that the Compliance Monitoring Program of the Company runs smoothly and efficiently. He/she will have to make sure that the Company is in compliance with various regulations and internal procedures.

This will include the following tasks:

• Assisting the CCM with preparing, updating and monitoring the annual audit plan.
• Preparing and modifying audit checklists.
• Assisting the CMM in scheduling, preparing and conducting various internal and external audits.
• Following up on and assisting other Nominated Persons with corrective actions plans for audit findings.
• Performing reviews of regulatory updates.
• Assisting the CMM in preparing, adapting and amending the Compliance Monitoring and Safety Management Manual and associated procedures.

Based on the current workload and needs, the Junior Compliance Officer may also interact with and assist the other Nominated Persons (Flight Operations, Training, Safety, Continuing Airworthiness Management) on various projects.
This position will require readiness to travel to other Jetfly group facilities in Europe, mainly Lausanne and Luxembourg.

QUALIFICATIONS / PROFILE

• Master’s Degree in relevant field : Quality Management, Engineering (Aviation preferred), Business Administration (Aviation preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree will be considered when accompanied by at least two years’ work experience in aviation and/or compliance/quality management.
• Fluent in English. Ability to communicate in Finnish or French is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in aviation, aviation regulations, or quality/compliance systems either through work or personal interests/hobbies is considered an asset.
• Skills in programming and/or use of AI in Data Analysis/Management is considered an asset.
