Our client is a leading slot games provider in the online gambling industry, headquartered in Prague. With a strong international presence across Prague, Malta, and Latin America, they continue to set benchmarks in the iGaming market. We are looking for a Junior Compliance Officer to support our compliance function and help ensure that company operations align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their career in compliance, legal, risk, or regulated industries. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance and collaborate across multiple departments. Preferably a university degree in Law, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or IT Basic understanding of compliance, AML/KYC, data protection (GDPR), or due diligence Strong attention to detail and structured approach to documentation Analytical thinking and ability to work with structured processes Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace Experience in iGaming is a strong advantage Fluent Czech, English at least B1/B2 level (written and reading) Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating compliance policies and internal procedures Monitor regulatory and legislative developments (iGaming, AML/KYC, GDPR) Support internal compliance controls and risk assessments Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reviews Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting documentation Collaborate with Legal, Product, IT, and Finance teams Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance department Full-time employment (HPP, 40 hours per week) Clear career growth path toward Middle/Senior Compliance role Opportunity to build a career in a fast-growing international IT company Flexible start of working day Cool office with a friendly international team Corporate events and team-building activities Multisport card after probation period
